Provided that the bricks were installed properly, Polar Engraving guarantees the quality of the engraving and the legibility of the lettering for the lifetime of the bricks.  We guarantee no chipping away, no fading or peeling of the inside of the letters.  
 

Polar Engraving will replace the damaged bricks at our cost. We guarantee against the cracking or chipping of the bricks for the lifetime of the bricks.
We do not cover installation costs.
