Color Choices: Up to two colors per order or all colors can be done at once, but the selection will be random and left to the discretion of the engraver.
Font Choice: One font per order.
How to use our spreadsheet
This order form, which is an Excel file, is really easy to use but in order to save you time (and your nerves), this is the way it works
This document can be used to order all our bricks and tiles and you can use it again and again for all your future orders. Just attach it every time you send us an email order.
- Open the file; each brick or tile size has its own page. Please use only the page of the item you want to order. For example, if you want to order 4” by 8” bricks, use the 4” by 8” brick page, never another page.
- How to find the right brick (or tile) size page?
If you look down the page, you will see yellow and red rectangles with texts. This is what you are looking for: from left to right you will see the different pages: 4” by 8” bricks, 8”by 8” bricks, 12” by 12” bricks. 6” by 9” bricks, 6” by 6” tiles and 12” by 12 tiles.
- Just click on the one page you are looking for; you will see different columns; for example if you open the 4” by 8” brick page you will have “line 1”, “line 2”, “line 3”, “clipart”, “comments”, “replicas”.
- Start typing or pasting your text in the columns the way you want them engraved beside another: under line 1, the first line of text, under line 2, the second line of text, under line 3, the third line of text. Please note all texts will be automatically centered for the engraving. Also type only texts, no comments.
- Under “clipart”, type the number of the clipart if it is one of ours or the name if it is a file you will attach to this order. In case you don’t know we can engrave all your clipart, emblems or logo for only $6.00 each, no setup or logo fees.
- Under comments you can give us instructions for example where you would like your logo engraved on that brick.
- Under “replica” type “yes” if you wish to have a “replica tile” of this brick ($7.00 each).
When you are done with the text and instruction of your first brick (or tile), start over again.
