• How do I place an order?
We only accept orders by email.

If you want us to engrave your clipart, emblems or logos please attache them to your email order.
For small orders upto 5 bricks you can email us at info@polarengraving.com using the following format:
Each donor's text should be written one below the other, with a space that separates each brick to be engraved. Please, don't bricks or lines.

• How long does a brick fundraising last?
As a rule, your brick fundraising campaign will last for years. Since installed bricks or pavers are laid in a sand bed, they can be individually removed from the sand and replaced with a laser engraved brick.
We want your project to be successful; therefore we will keep your personalized file with us. We can store your blank bricks, ready to be engraved whenever you want to place an order.

Yes, we will be glad to engrave and ship your custom laser engraved brick free of charge to your location. Customer service is very important to us.

• What type of font can I choose on the brick?
Any font is available for laser engraved bricks or brick fundraisers. Our most popular fonts are:
Only one font per order. If no font is specified Neutraface will be used.

• How many letters or characters can be engraved on a brick?
Depending on the font, 18 to 20 characters per line (including spaces and punctuation) is our standard for laser engraved bricks. If you have a special requirement, don't hesitate to ask us, we are very flexible about it.
back to top• Do you have any symbols and what is the price?
We can engrave any symbol or clip art of your choice for signature, commemorative or fundraising bricks. The price is $6.00 for each engraving. No set up fee.
Placement of Clip art and logos: You may suggest placement of the graphics on our order sheet under the comments section. Sometimes however it is not possible to accommodate the
suggested placement in the layout. In these cases the final design will be left up to our engravers.

• Can you engrave a logo and what is the price?
Yes, any logo in Black/White (no gray scale) high definition in any file (jpeg, pdf, etc). The price is $6.00 for each engraving. No set up fee.
back to top• Do you have minimum quantity?
No, there is no minimum quantity for the first and the following orders. Orders of less than 5 bricks per size there is a small order fee.
• Can Polar Engraving engrave our existing bricks?
Yes we can engrave on your bricks. Just send us a sample to test the engraving quality.
Engraving pricing remains the same.
